unstable potty seat for kids
The seat easily moves and doesn't stay in place. When my child wiggles, it shifts around. The pee guard also comes off easily.

Very cheaply made. Thin plastic, seat does not screw into the adjustable arms, so it slides all around the toilet seat. Nothing like the first one we purchased. Gave 2 stars because it’s very easy to assemble.

Meh
A special needs little boy I babysit has this he’s 3 so he is still on the long road to potty training. It’s alright it’s not what I would choose. It’s a little difficult for him to climb up he’s nearly 3 ft tall and around 40 pounds he also tried to put his weight on it and it almost toppled.

Decent product
Fairly simple instructions. Somewhat difficult to put together due to the cheaper plastic material but once you get it together it’s not bad. The stool is very sturdy but the seat could be made thicker so it’s more comfortable for these babies. My daughter was so stoked to use it for the first time. I might get one of those seats that are fitted to the potty to make the sitting part easier.

Poor design
As others pointed out the design of this potty seat is flawed. It’s not comfortable for my son to sit on and kinda flimsy. It makes him afraid to fall in the toilet. We have round toilet and it doesn’t fit well either. We currently only use it as a step stool to wash his hands

Great for Girls, Not so Much Boys
As many other users have explained, this isn’t the best toilet for little boys needing to pee, the pee stream goes forward even with the guard under the seat all over the step stool. Great for training them to use the toilet but not practical for boys. I’ve found it easier to just sit them on the standard toilet seat to avoid peeing going forward. I could see this working really well for little girls though! Love the concept, not the design though. Maybe an extended pee guard that points in to the toilet rather than stopping at the base of the seat would be a better design. While this may not apply to most kiddos, my son has fallen over when leaning back too far due to the seat/stool being so light. Don’t lean backwards on this training seat. I have elongated toilets so this hasn’t been the best purchase I’ve ever made for potty training…

Do not buy.
This design is garbage. Doesn’t work for boys or girls. Pee stream shoots under the seat and gets all over the stool and feet. I have tried to change the seat height and positioning, told kids to sit a very specific and awkward way, and no matter what changes are made the pee goes everywhere. Take this off the market.

Ok...doesn't fit elongated toilets
The step stool seems the right height and the handles seem good for independence. The seat seems to only fit round toilets and not elongated. The seat seemed extra flimsy as a result.
