Stains on venom logo (twice from 2 different stores)

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this hoodie (first from Amazon and now from Target). The Amazon one had brown stains all over the logo so I returned it. The Target one has black stains on the logo. Both hoodies are from the Marvel store so I’m guessing this a Marvel distribution issue and not so much Amazon or Target. Super disappointing since this is a Christmas gift and I’ve had to return twice now.
