Bring on the Vitamin C
The Mason Natural C1000 MG with rose hips and zinc Antioxidant and essential nutrient dietary supplement are great. It contains 1000 mg of vitamin C and 5 mg of Zinc. It is gluten free and soy free. Adults are supposed to take 1 tablet a day. I like to take mine after I had my breakfast. The supplements itself are a decent size. I take my with fluid of my choice, usually water. They don't have a bad taste or aftertaste to them. I started taking these supplements to help my immune system in the hopes of during cold/flu season, I wouldn't be as susceptible to illness. Everyone should keep in mind that these supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is hard to say if the supplements helped me in any way, due to the fact that i did come down with an illness. Regardless I am happy to continue taking them and adding more vitamin c to my system.

Reliable and Effective
This vitamin C supplement is strong and helpful for staying healthy. I like that it includes rose hips and zinc for extra support. The caplets are easy enough to take and the bottle has plenty to last. Good value for the price and great for everyday use. Highly recommend.

Vitamin C, rose hips and Zinc antioxidant supplement
Mason natural C 1000 Mg. With rose hips and 5 Mg. Zinc. 100 count dietary supplement caplets. Adults take one caplet daily. They are gluten free and soy free. I’m taking them to boost my immune system. They have no odor and have a citrusy taste. I recommend swallowing them. I tried chewing one just to see if they were easier to take but the flavor was overwhelming. As with any dietary supplement, I recommend following all manufacture recommendations.

Solid choice
These vitamins are overall good. This is a vitamin I regularly take and seem comparable to other brands I use. One minor gripe I have about them is that they are a bit larger than what I usually use but I'd purchase this brand again.

Great Supplement for Cold & Flu Season
I always like to take a Vitamin C Supplement during cold & flu season for extra immunity. I was a little unsure of these at first because they are larger than the Vitamin C pills I normally take. Thankfully they are coated, so they are easier to swallow than I was expecting.

Nice!

Vitamin C is great
This supplement has helped me since the days of Codvi. Now I can't stop using it, it's cheap and it's very well on my stomach.
