Runs small!

I'm female 5' 6" 130lbs and I bought the XL hoping for a baggy fit and it's weirdly tight! The length was long but there was maybe an inch of wiggle room in the fabric around my hips. And my hips are pretty tiny!! I'm gonna try to get an XXL and hope it's better. (--Absolutely insane, though, to have to get an XXL in MENS (!!) just in order to have it not be tight).
