This stuff helps with so many things. Neuropathy, dental issues, osteoporosis, bad breath and joint pain. I take 3 every 2-3 days for prostate health and hormonal balance. Its less effective if you consume it daily. It also wards off athlete's foot and itchy scalp. That's one way I can tell I need to take some if I start to itch in any way. Basically it controls bodily mold from the inside out.

I take this every morning and believe that it has helped me increase my bone density. I have not had any side effects from it. Very pleased with this supplement!

I tried the triple boron and it upset my stomach. This is much milder and much better! Still works for energy!

Why do you add magnesium stearate to your products?????

The size is small and easy to swallow. No side effects and need to help boost bone integrity. Suggested by NP during my yearly physical. Just had bone density so will see what that may reveal comparing to past scans.

I have arthritis in the lower joint of my right thumb. A hard knot about quarter size formed just off my wrist and the thumb is painful to move. I started taking 4 Swanson Boron casules per day about 8 months ago. The knot has shrunk by at least half and it is less painful to move. I have been amazed at the progress and plan to continue taking it. I do wish I could get it in 12mg capsules so I could take less pills, but they are small and easy to swallow.

Obviously, minerals are essential for the body. Think about minerals, what they are, how they appear, and your perception of them. Pretty much rocks and metals, right? I've read quite a few articles on Boron's value in strengthening hard tissue (think bones, teeth, nails, hair) that are composed of and require the regular / consistent, efficient and effective supplementation of the right form(s) of Calcium. I find this particular potency and form of Boron is just what I'm looking for, so I take one capsule each night with my Calcium supplement (and other related catalysts). BTW, I like the excellent Albion Glycinate chelations (compounds) of minerals that I take. I can comfortably recommend this fine product. Works for me.
