I was excited to receive this in my order. The colors are vibrant but alas! It refuses to spin. My neighbor has a spinner about 15 feet from mine and his spins like crazy! Mine just looks dumb founded and will not move even with a nice breeze. Very puzzling. It was easy to assemble.
