I take based on research
I take this, but like many supplements, you really are never sure of effectiveness. Research indicates it may be effective, and, therefore I take a small dose each day for prevention sake. No side effects for me.

fabulous product
My husband & I have been taking this product (MCP) for a couple of years & we intend to take it for the rest of our lives. If we were ever stranded on a desert island (hopefully with lots of sunshine & fish to eat) this is the one supplement we'd want on hand. Do your homework & check it out. Amazing stuff!!
