Liver support
If I had to choose a product for liver support, this would be it. I've sorted through enough of these products over the years with varying success. My experience with NOW milk thistle extract has been 100% positive. This particular blend is very effective for what I needed it for, both in potency and in price. If you need strong liver support - look no further.

NOT FOR KIDS
I got this supplement for my 13 year old son who is struggling with acne. He had a terrible reaction to it, with hives, bad stomach pain and he eventually vomited. It took about 4 hours for him to feel better. I do not recommend this product. I have been using NOW brands for over a decade so I trusted that the product would be okay. Lesson learned. Not all supplements are created equal. Buyer Beware!

A "Must have" Liver defense
This product is one that I use to offset the use of needed supplements that are not that good for me overall. It helps to protect my liver and keep my body cleansed and healthier. I use this with schizandra and turmeric. All three make perfect a noticeable difference.

Wish it were stronger (4X rather than 2X). Also, it's overpriced.
