Great vitamin to help the condition of hair
I’ve used this vitamin for 4 years now, it definitely improves the condition of my hair. I’m in my 60’s and around that age hair does start thinning. This vitamin helps thicken it, very happy to get it at Swanson’s, I live in Ecuador and the high altitude, dry air are not good for hair but the Biotin makes all the difference for me.

nails growing fast
My first bottle so is really too early to tell, but hair is feeling thicker and looking better. Nails are growing really fast. Will stay on it for a while. Not noticing much as far as the skin goes yet.

This is an amazing product for your hair skin and nails. I recommend this to all of my clients because I am a hair stylist and I know from experience the benefits of taking this regularly. Even if you take it twice a day I have seen it work most effectively then. If you take it too late it might give you energy or could have trouble sleeping but I take mine at breakfast and lunch with food.

Badly needed
My dr. recommended that I use biotin to help my nails. I ordered this and after about 6 wks I notice a big improvement in my nails. I ran out & didn't take it for a couple of months and my nails got bad again so I'm back on it.

I like this product
I really like this product especially because it's a V-cap.and I had okay results with Now biotin, but I LOVE the Natrol Biotin @ 5000 mcg because of the strawberry taste and it dissolves and I have seen BETTER hair/nail results with Natrol. But over this product is rated an A, but I will continue to take my Natrol.
