I'm sure they work very good but they are so big I have trouble swallowing them.. I'm going back to swanson's beta right. I would recommend it for folks that have no trouble swallowing.

BETA GLUCAN EFFICACY
I believe I am experiencing more of a sense of wellbeing. Beta Glucan has enabled me to know that I feel stronger whereas with many products I do not note a difference.

A bit disappointed in effectiveness.
We have used Echinacea Goldenseal for years as an immune system builder in our family. You can usually feel the impact and we have always been pleased. This time I thought we would try something different that I have long heard was better. I would not say it was. This was a disappointment to us, we will stay with our old immune system builder, as we know it works well!
