    Sturdy, but stinky

    These leggings seem like they'll last, but unfortunately the weird smell seems to be lasting, too -- have now washed them 3 times, and they still have a weird smell - don't know whether it's formaldehyde, or what (I've heard that sometimes they use that in producing clothing for some reason). The fit is also a little odd; pretty loose in the hips and thighs, and then tapered quite a bit from knee to ankle.

    Poor quality compared 2 what they were in the past

    I'm frankly shocked at how the quality of this product has diminished. I've been ordering these corduroy leggings for years now, and notice a significant reduction in quality. The fabric content has changed and they have far less cotton and more spandex. They are no longer corduroy, they are more like velour with shallow ridges. The construction is not nearly as sturdy. Please bring back the old Land's End quality that I am used to. I've been ordering these for years and the change is shocking.

    What did you do to the sizing?!

    I have maybe a dozen pairs of these in different colors and went to replace one that got torn. The sizing is now completely different. The XL fits in the calves but the seat is large enough to hold lunch for two people, while I can't get the L over my calves at all. And no, I haven't changed, the old ones still fit perfectly. Why do you keep changing the sizing??!!

    The black color arrived and is a dark black!

    I've reviewed these corduroy leggings before. Love them, have them in multiples--same colors for good and for knock-about. Warm and comfortable in the wintertime, fashionable for fall. Great fit, too. Some of those black corduroy leggings I've bought in the past were more of a really dark charcoal, but not really black. This last pair that came in the mail today are a saturated black. And not dull at all IMO. So if that's what you need, looks like Land's End has got it right! YAY!

    Not up to your usual standards

    I bought a similar product last year and really like the pants, so I purchased another pair recently. Unfortunately, they do not fit as nicely. The pockets are poorly designed and stick out so much that I can only wear them with a large tunic. Very disappointed.

    All corduroy leggings

    I love these leggings, I have purchased them in four colors. My only wish is that they would be available in extra small tall. I am tall and I need the height, but I am thin, the tall small is size 6 -8 and that’s OK for me, but they are still a little baggy, I just wish I could get them a little slimmer.

    My winter jam!!

    I buy these every year. I bought my 97yrs old Aunt them and a few of my friends as well. These are great for the winter with sweaters and fleece and tunics!!

    VERY comfortable

    I have been purchasing these for several years. A new color for sure every year. Love them. This year my normal size is a better fit, a little more room in the waist and a little more room in the ankle area making them easier to get off. At first, I actually purchased a size larger. Well, those are way too big.

    Different fit from same pant last year

    I bought this same pant in grey in the same size last year. Even though they were both made in the Philippines, they are a totally different fit. This one is shorter and baggier. Did they change their specs? Hate the way they look on me.

    Quality has disappeared

    What happened to these leggings? The ones I bought in December of 2023 are vastly superior in quality. The leggings that arrived today are ridiculously thin and I can’t see how they’d be winter-weight pants. Also, they’re not truly leggings, they’re baggy and droopy. Also, they run at least one size too big. Going to return them ASAP

    warm wonderful corduroy

    I bought the brown and while they are not much like the leggings they used to be, they are still a good buy except for the pockets. The pockets stick out and make the pants look weird so I sew them shut and cut out all the extra layers of material that make up the pockets. I have done that to all of these leggings and they fit much better.

    I bought the same product in another color and it fit great. So I reordered more. One was sort of tight and one was ridiculously small. No quality control but since it was made overseas I see why.
