This works better than anything else I have ever tried before for my joints and mobility. I definitely have to take it after eating something; which is what I was advised to do anyway. I love this product and it is definitely cheaper at Swanson Vitamins than anywhere else I have purchased it! Will continue to buy it as long as I can afford to do so. It also seems to help my immune system and energy level.
