honest truth is I am not sure if I feel any different at all. I did research on these ingredients and found them to be beneficial for possibly increasing nitric oxide in the blood. (I hope I got that right).

A tough pill to swallow
The last L-Arginine L-Citrulline supplement I purchased was in a capsule. I guess my throat is not as wide as others and I have a difficult time with some pills. These are extremely large pills to swallow and do get stuck in my throat on occasion.

This is a good combination and Source Naturals is a great brand. This product may work great for you because it's very good but some of us may need a form of arginine and a form of citrulline that is more effective and they are both sold here on Swanson. Instead of simple arginine use Nitrosigine, a more efficient, longer lasting form. Intead of simple citrulline, use citrulline malate complex, 2 to 6 grams a day, which is a lot more beneficial. Remember that supplements only supplement the good health habits and the reasonable activity level you keep. Supplements don't do miracles or fix a very unhealthy lifestyle.

Best Purhase Ever
Unbelievable results after taking 4 of these tablets a day. I noticed a difference in my ability nearly immediately, to have more energy and get up and go. I do more now than I used to do regarding housework. I suggest you try this if you need more energy.

Gets the blood flowing!
I've been using this product for about a year now and I have to say, you will definitely feel the results! It costs quite a bit, but worth it. I recently started cutting the pills in half, but did not notice any increased effects. I now keep them whole for a slower release. Make sure you take them according to the directions on the bottle. I take one about every 3-4 hours depending on my schedule, but make sure you take 4 a day as recommended or the results won't be as noticeable!
