Follow Foxy and his friends as they set off on adventures near and far and learn to knit them, their clothes and accessories. The designs and illustrations have a quirky, original style and Foxy himself exudes understated cool - whether he's kicking back and listening to his vinyl collection at home or enjoying a macchiato with Banjo at his favourite coffee house.

There are written patterns and simple charts (when required) for all the projects and step-by-step instructions and artworks for all the necessary techniques and stitches. The knitted animals all share the same body so it's just the tails and heads that need to be changed. All the animals and their clothes are knitted flat and sewn together and they are all knitted in garter stitch (knit stitch) so are very beginner friendly.

Packed full of 50 knitting patterns this collection offers so many options: knit Foxy and Banjo as they drink coffee and talk about their passion, music; Knit Lolly's cute beret and coat that she wears as she visits the market on her way home from the publishing company where she works.

As well as the wonderful photography of the friends on their adventures there are wonderful illustrations that really bring their characters to life and will have you reaching for this book every time. The authors are sisters Daniella and Venice - Venice is an illustrator and created Foxy's world in her artworks and Daniella brought him to life in knitted form.

To Knit Foxy you will need 3 x balls of Bobcat (512) and size 3.5mm (US size 4) knitting needles.
To knit Sasha you will need 3 x balls of Milk (500) and size 3.5mm (US size 4) knitting needles.
To knit Echo you will need 3 x balls of Milk (500 and size 3.5mm (US size 4) knitting needles.

About the Author

The co authors Daniella Taylor and Venice Shone are sisters. Foxy was created by Venice as an illustration and has appeared in various printed products. Daniella, a knitwear designer, decided to recreate Venice's drawings in knit form and knitted Foxy and Friends were born.
