Stranger Things Crochet - by Editors of Thunder Bay Press (Hardcover)

The patterns and directions are great. Ive completed a few Woobles which helped follow these patterns but overall it is doable. The reason I took stars off is because for a few of the colors for the two characters you can complete from the kit ran out. The other problem is if you order the yarn that is stated in the book it does not match the yarn given in the kit for those characters. So your piece doesn't match which is very frustrating. Also frustrating that you need to buy yarn for those two characters you should be able to complete. I've included a picture of one of the yarns provided in the kit and the same color it should be in the yarn stated in the book.

It’s a great kit! However it doesn’t give you enough yarns!! I had to substitute with yarns that I have which is not exactly the same color.

I was given this for Christmas. This is an adorable kit! It has good directions and helpful pictures. The demogorgon worked up so fast! I will put it out there I’m not a beginner. I have had to google some stitches and the yarn does split around the hook. I switched to my own hook and did not use the one with the kit. It says beginner but I would not recommend if you don’t already know how to crochet. If you know how to crochet I would definitely recommend it!

This is very difficult. Have not even been able to make anything yet. The instructions are super confusing and the hook is so small it does not even grip the yarn.

Makes a great gift especially for the holidays. My friend loves to crochet and she loves stranger things! What a perfect combination.
