Veggie Tabs
Great supplemental veggie product! We take them with breakfast every day and alternate with another veggie product when the bottle's empty to get variety. Breakfast is the ideal meal to take them with for our circumstances because most of our lunches contain a veggie, and all our dinners have veggies. The only con to mention is that I have a little trouble swallowing them due to the thickness of the tablets. It would help immensely if they would round off the sides so they don't have thick edges.

Great supplemental veggie!
Very high quality product! We take this product every morning with breakfast, since our breakfasts don't have any veggies in them (we do get veggies with most of our lunches and all dinners). The tablets really smell pleasant and I like what they're made up of. The only cons I could mention are that I have a little bit of trouble swallowing them (it would help immensely if the sides were rounded instead of having firm edges!) and the fact that the price on these seems to have skyrocketed during this last year. We alternate this product with another, switching to the alternate brand when the bottle has been emptied, to get a variety of supplemental veggie products.

Veggie Supplement!
Outstanding veggie supplement! I take 3 tablets per day and split them up - 2 with my breakfast (when I'm not eating veggies at all), 1 with my lunch (I normally have a small serving of vegs with lunch, so the tablet ups my veggie consumption a bit), and then none with dinner, because I always serve 2 different vegs at dinner with a meat. The constituents of this tablet are broccoli, spinach, carrot and cabbage - outstanding veggies! We will continue to use this one in our household daily! (And the price is fantastic, also.)

Easy Veggies
I love this product because it has all of my favorite vegetables in one bottle (Broccoli, Spinach, Carrots and Cabbage). They give a whopping 1,000 mg. of Broccoli which is a good thing. Just 3 easy to swallow coated tablets a day and you're good to go. I recommend this product for those who hate their veggies, and for those who love them too. Because let's face it, not all of us eat the required daily amount. Great quality product at a great price.

Great product
I would recommend this, I feel a lot better when I take this. Don't have to feel guilty if you are not getting enough vegetables. Helps system flow more smoothly also.
