[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new hot tub steps. It is so much nicer to be able to step out of the hut tub and have somewhere to put my feet! I can get out, dry off and my feet never have to hot the concrete! I can slip on my flip flops with no dirt, crumbles or pebbles getting in the way. The steps are stylish and when i'm not using the hot tub, they are easy to put up to the side. I would highly recommend if you don't have steps for your hot tub!

They are much sturdier than expected and are actually better quality than the steps given to us at the original purchase of our spa. My husband was able to have them together in under 10 minutes. They’re a wonderful size and are easy to walk up. They dry quickly and aren’t slippery at all when wet. Definitely recommend.

The steps seem to be durable and I felt safe enough going up and down them. This is great for a step up I to the hit tub but also for help reaching things while outdoor. So I think it's useful and great whether you have a hot tub or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Confer Leisure Accents outdoor spa steps is the exact item I needed to help my kids and family get a boost to get on different things. Its intended main use is for a spa but these steps are so versatile that we used them to gain easier access to our large trampoline and even some areas of our garage where comfortable steps were necessary. These steps are made from very heavy duty plastic and are 36" long with just the right amount of width. I don't have any issues standing on these as a full size adult and neither do my kids. They are very sturdy and the pads on the bottom add for additional stability. The installation was very easy to put together straight from the box and they even have a QR code that takes you to the video instructions that make it even simpler to follow step by step. Overall it didn't take longer than 15 minutes and only because I was trying to find one of the tools they recommended. It comes in redwood color which accents our patio well with the black tile decking we have on the floor. It has 2 stairs and that's plenty to give me the additional height needed in most instances. My kids love using these as a bench as well as it's wide and long enough for them to sit on while they are still little. Excellent quality and should last a few seasons easily. It's also very lightweight so moving it from spot to spot is not a problem at all.

The assembly was mostly straightforward but needs a bit of muscle to get everything in place. Once assembled they are ready to go. The steps themselves are decent quality material and do not feel flimsy. The top of each step has sufficient grip so you don’t feel like you’ll slip. These are also really handy for backyard decks or even in the garage where you might need additional steps. Overall these are functional and good to have around.

Beautiful redwood look and from a very short distance looks identical to redwood. Extremely durable we've put this to the test and it has handled my father which is 216 lb with ease. When it is not in use for the pool we use in the front of the house for our plants. This can be used for multiple different things it's extremely versatile. I've gotten a lot of compliments because it is extremely unique and has a one-of-a-kind look. Very easy assembly and very easy dismantle. Highly highly recommended!

I was skeptical at first because of the plastic design. They are much sturdier than I expected and made of robust plastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received Confer Plastics - Confer Leisure Accents 36 Inch Deluxe Patio Long Hot Tub Spa Steps in Gray/Black. My experience putting this step together was that the video instructions made more sense to me than the included paper instructions. The instructions are slightly different. Please note that with this product you will need tools that are not included (rubber mallet, cordless electric drill, Phillips head screw driver, and drill bit). The instructions indicate to use a 1/8 drill bit to pre-drill pilot holes however, I found that this size was not big enough in diameter for the included screws as the screw head became stripped. When I switched to 9/64 drill bit, the screws went it much easier and cleaner. The screws also went in easily when I went in the order of hammering the support on first then putting the pre-drill pilot holes in through both supports and locking tabs of the sidewalls as shown in the video. The paper instructions show putting pre-drill pilot holes only through the supports. Preferably, it would have been better and easier if the supports and the side walls came with already pre-drilled pilot holes. Tapping the threads (stepping area) took more effort than I would have preferred. I tapped on one side and the other side would lift/loosen. I would have preferred a different locking mechanism to get the threads to attach to the side walls than just tapping it into place. On the bottom of the side walls are self adhesive foam pads (2 each side). I would have preferred if the bottom of the side walls were lined with silicone to be slip resistant. I also would have preferred if silicone lines were on the threads (stepping area) for added slip resistant safety. To me, it feels somewhat slippery. I like that the steps are easy to lift to move location. I also like that the steps can hold up to 300 lbs.

Just when I use the mallet and lock them in, I try to put the backboards on and then they pop off. It’s very frustrating as they look really nice and if all of the pieces would go together as they should, it would be strong and last for years.

Even though these are made with sturdy plastic, they preform excellently. I don’t slip and I don’t shake when I’m on them. Assembly was simple enough but with this thick sturdy plastic, a little difficult. I’m still happy with this purchase.
