Was nice for the first month or so
i've had this case for just under 2 months and it's already pretty beat up. pieces of the case are flaking off. i wasn't even that rough with it. literally getting beat up from putting it in and out of my pocket. functionally it still works. just disappointed with the quality. better cases for the money. look elsewhere.

Awful Case
so let me start off by saying i fell in love with the color online and in person. the sad part was the quality of the case did not meet my expectation. the case was very slippery during the beginning, it wasn't long before the color started changing. it was so dingy looking after a month. it's gone now, but i recommend the rubber case.

Looked good at one time

Nice Color
i really wanted to love this color as a case. because it is leather i decided to put a leather conditioner/protectant on it. after a week or so the color started to darken around the edges. this costs too much for this to happen so quickly.

Why all the hate?
if you look at all the negative comments on this case they are mostly about the color fading from use and cleaning. if you look at the bottom they will show they are on the mustard color case. i personally bought the green and have been using it with the flip 3 every day. i have had no color fading and no issue wiping off the case with dye coming off. this could be an isolated incident due to the mustard being such a lighter color you will notice any and all changes to the color. so if that is an issue for you buy the green or black. 10/10 best case for the price.

Surprised by the negative reviews
maybe because i have the black, but i found this a superior product in design and functionality. i had it for 2 weeks and no problem with color fade. the case is a slim as you can get with a soft feeling leather. great job to designers and engineers team

Like cheap jewelry
fit and finish is fine, it does look good...until you clean it my wife used a baby wipe, with no caustic chemicals, literally made for a babies bum and wiped off the dye. now she has a huge light yellow circle where she simply tried to wipe of some coffee drips
