The bamboo is strong and is not peeling at all, and is beautifully and solidly woven together. I will be installing this lamp when I move into my new apartment, so I don’t have an updated picture with the light on, but I am so excited to install and decorate around this fixture. I will update this review when I am able to install in my new place!
