I have to say I am very disappointed with the quality of products offered by your company. I used to shop on here all the time and now I am very cautious about what I buy but again this is another piece that is not of good quality. This is a wood cheap shelf that is not metal like described. It is not sturdy the back pieces are loose and the wood splits very easy. I ordered this piece for my business for a retail space and I didn't have time to return or find another piece. Don't buy this for this price its junk.

Instructions are not written well. My 4year old could have written it better. The wood if you can call it that split when screws were tightened and the screws stripped. The pre drilled holes were not lined up correctly. A waste of money that went into the garbage.

I got this shelf because it was nice and thin for the space I have… it fits perfectly. Wish it came in more colors because I would have liked it to be more gray in color. Easily put together… took me about a half an hour. My only dislike was the wood used. One slat split as I screwed in the screw. Luckily it’s not too prominent but it still should not have split. But still glad I got it!

Bought this a month ago. Bad instructions. Poor quality. Had to throw it away.

This didn't take long to put together but one of the pieces was painted wrong where the painted piece faced the back. I had a hard time putting the shelves on. I had to take the sides back off to put them on. When I unscrewed one of the screws the wood stripped and the screw couldn't go back in. When I went to put on the the top I found it was cracked all across the front. I contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement. I really like how it looked in the end. I don't think I would have purchased it for this price, I don't think it will last long.

I bought two of these in October at two different times. The first one went together perfectly. The edges of one of the shelves was scuffed up a bit, touched it up with a sharpie. The other one some of the holes didn’t line up, which was noted in the reviews when I ordered. I have a very narrow entryway and these fit perfectly where I needed them to go. I would recommend for tight spaces.

Could have better directions for plain side vs. brushed metallic side when assembling. Had to back up several steps and turn one piece around. Also, a screw split one piece of wood, but it wasn't in a place that showed. All in all, a nice little table just as pictured. I love that it is narrow and doesn't take up a lot of room space, yet it has a good amount of surface space.

I received this piece of furniture and tried to put it together but the holes don’t line up and I cannot put this together without destroying the pieces. I have contacted customer service through the website twice but have not heard anything back. I will send it back but I do not want to pay for ANY shipping. I would like my extra shipping costs refunded as this product is either a poor product in general or I got a poorly made product. Either way, I want a full refund.

I recently bought this item and even tho it does fit the area, it was a bear to put together! The screws were way too short to grip onto the joining pieces, especially where there were recessed areas. I had to purchase longer wood screws. AND I had to glue all the fitted pieces for extra strength for all the screws to hold. It is not worth the price after shipping and taxes and handling charges.

I love love my table. It was the perfect size and very easy to assemble.

This product looks so nice in the picture but I knew right away when putting it together that the quality was poor. Made of pressed wood and the screws did not even go in far enough to securely connect pieces. I was on the phone for a refund before I even out 1/4 way together.

This was perfect for what I needed. They aren't the greatest quality at all and putting together was challenging, (holes didn't line up, wood split putting screws in, etc.) but I got it to work. Where the wood split you can't see it and I reinforced with glue and made my own holes when they didn't line up. Was it worth doing that? In my opinion, yes. I didn't want to spend a fortune so I knew when I saw the price that it wouldn't be perfect at all. The end result was great and it looks really cute when put together. If it was all scratched up or broken when received that would be a different story, but it wasn't. All in all I am happy with it.
