We had some Minor Challenges; a couple of broken shades and a few with minor cracks. The friendly and efficient customer service both online and via telephone handled things perfectly and the chandelier is as described.

The first light I was sent cost not even a quarter of what this light costs. I called, the person was very helpful and got my correct light reprocessed and sent out. I had it within a week. The box was completely damaged and so what my light. I am still currently waiting for my correct chandelier and hopefully it won’t be damaged. I had plans to order the rest of my lights through this company for my new build, but it is now very doubtful.
