A: I've worn these swimming before and they work perfectly! Most of the time you can't "choose" when you go swimming, so these are excellent!

A: They work great no leaks. If you’re stuck wearing them all day you can wipe them off in the restroom, but if you can get a second pair it’s nice to have a fresh change out in the middle of the work day.

Not great
I have a bunch of different type of. Underwear from Salt to Thinx and I thought I've tried this brand before and liked it. So I got a pair I slept through the night in them. They don't absorb the way my other ones do. I got out of bed and it just gushed everywhere. Not to mention that I feel like there's not enough on the back side to really be protecting. I'd recommend this if you have super light periods maybe or regular to light. I get. Underwear because mine are usually heavy and this did not pass that test.

Great for periods and postpartum
I bought these to use for postpartum, but I am still using them for periods! They last all day (I shower nightly, so I put a new pair on in the morning.) I initially thought I’d be uncomfortable and hate them but they’ve made life just a little bit easier.

Not a fan
These are not absorbent and the material is weirdly uncomfortable. As a heavier girl the material made me sweat. They are huge but the absorbency is terrible thinx is much better brand

This underwear is good.is absorbed all of it love that!! It’s comfort was good. But it did not control the odor very well… and the quality was not good either. The price was amazing!! But will not recommend.

Ugh, do not recommend. Saalt brand over this!
I would give zero stars if possible, strange swimsuit material that isn’t comfortable or moisture wicking at all, these leak, they bunch oddly and have too much bulk compared to other period panty brands. Very uncomfortable and not the best for period security even on light flow days.

Missed the mark
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product however will not be repurchasing. I feel like the area for coverage was not sufficient enough and caused for a mess. I would say they could extend the absorbable area for evening wear.

It definitely helps with leaks and I was happy my clothes didn't stain. I would wear them on their own on my very light days.

I was excited to try the absorbent panty by Proof. They are great for lighter days and nights. I don’t love wearing them under everyday clothes but they are perfect under lounge items or pajamas. They wouldn’t be comfortable to wear in my super heavy days, I don’t care to feel messy but they do a great job keeping me dry at the beginning or end of my cycle. I got a size large for comfort and I would say they run true to size.

Comfortable and highly absorbent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate how this product is highly absorbent as well as very comfortable to wear throughout the day, regardless of what kind of bottoms you have on. It is far more affordable than other period panty brands and works just as good, if not better. The extra large fit me great and I’m a size 12 in jeans/ 32” usually. It lasted all day for my medium to heavy flow and it is relatively seamless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Non-leaking period panties. I have size S, they fit tightly, do not press, nothing leaks. Easy to wash and dry! do not stretch after washing. Seamless, you can wear it under clothes and nothing will be visible!

For my heavy period girlies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in the mail recently and I absolutely love it. I have a very heavy flow especially on day 2-4. It s nightmare to sleep cause I always stain the bed no matter how many pads I wear but this add to my pairs is a game changer. It is comfortable and breathable but also secures me and prevents period leeks.
