[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is still a little strange to me to think that it’s possible to get protein in a form other than chalky milky typical protein powder. I have tried a few of there Protein Pop drinks and have been pleased. This watermelon one is by far my favorite. Not sure that it tastes exactly like watermelon to me, but it is light and fruity and refreshing. Half a can is enough to satisfy me for a little mid afternoon snack filler. A with 11 grams of protein (22 in a whole can) it’s hard to top!

The flavor was a little on the dry side and felt a little artificial, but I appreciated the protein boost to help with muscle recovery. With its refreshing flavors and convenient packaging, it's a great option for on-the-go hydration and nutrition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein pop clear drink is the flavor watermelon and was absolutely delicious. It Is noncarbonated and it tastes like fruity water. I like that it has no carbonation and also no funny aftertaste. It is very refreshing and I love that I can drink it alone or add it to my smoothie for an additional protein punch. You can drink it between meals to curb your appetite too. There are many different flavors to choose from too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big fan of all the flavors of Protein Pop, and watermelon may be one of my favorites as it doesn’t have much sweetness, and actually does taste and smell like a watermelon. I find it very refreshing and can easily drink the entire can straight. I do not drink it over ice, I just drink it from the chilled can. This is one of the best ways to help meet your daily protein goal without much effort.

Love Love Love! I don't think it has a bad aftertaste, could be that I have been on a low to no sugar diet for over a year. I love that it is not carbonated and just the right amount of flavor.

This taste just like a fruity soda. I think I would try a few more flavors before I decided to commit to them in larger package. The pricing isn’t bad when you compare it to protein powder packs you mix yourself in similar flavors. Plus this is premixed which saves me time and frustration. Just grab and go.

The watermelon flavor is overly sweet and leaves an odd aftertaste. Another flavor though might be better. The flavor was subtle which I loved and the consistency was smooth. Tasted like flavored water but getting in protein is a big plus! Definitely drink it chilled but honestly give it a 10/10. I've never found a liquid protein source that I enjoyed, but this is really pleasant. It's not carbonated, which makes it very easy to drink. Watermelon is not my favorite flavor, but this is well done. No chalky taste you sometimes get with protein supplement drinks/foods. It's for sure super sweet, but tasty. I definitely cannot believe how much protein is in one can!!

I was intrigued when I saw it because when you think of a protein drink a clear “soda” does not typically come to mind. The packaging is an attractive brightly colored pop top can. I poured it in a cup so I could see the color for myself. It looks like a lighter colored ginger ale. No dyes, which is a big selling point for me. It definitely tastes like watermelon! The taste is very strong, like a watermelon flavored candy. I thought I really liked it at first. But after a few swallows I noticed a kind of unpleasant, weird aftertaste. Not the worst thing I ever tasted but definitely not the best. I could only stomach about half the can. I do have to say the protein was filling as the half a can I did drink kept me from snacking before dinner. My son liked the watermelon taste and said he’d drink them if I bought them for him to up his protein. I do like that they aren’t full of sugar. I received an incentive to write this review.

The reviews are true. You know the taste you have in your mouth after you throw up? That’s legit the after taste of the watermelon flavor. It’s VILE!!! By far the most disgusting protein drink I’ve ever had.

I consume protein products a lot as I find it hard to make sure I am hitting my protein goal and this one has a thick, filmy texture that is not refreshing. I am used to protein powders and other protein item tastes and while the taste wasn’t that bad the texture is what made it un-drinkable to me. I do like that it is non-carbonated but that is about it. I received an incentive to write this review.

Very delicious but it leaves a slight aftertaste/ feeling on your tongue. Definitely worth trying if you are trying to get more protein in your diet and/or also cut out pop

It is very refreshing but very tart and taste watered down. Overall it is healthy, and packed with protein and helps build muscle. I love that it is not carbonated, which means zero bloating. I recommend just because it is healthier than soda.
