Macros are great and it’s such a creative way to get your protein intake but it’s way too sweet for my personal preference. I had to chug it to get my money’s worth. If they made a lite version then that prolly be more my vibe.

I love that it’s a slim can and easy to just grab after the gym for a quick drink with protein. The calories are good for a drink like this. There are a variety of flavors but this flavor was super good! I would definitely recommend and I will be purchasing these again. Great price! I received an incentive to write this review.

You can taste the watermelon flavor immediately but it is not overwhelming or too much! The fact that you are getting so much protein jammed in this one can is amazing! It is definitely clear which may make you do a double take. The tall, skinny can is the trendy style right now and fits easily in your hand! These cans are such a great way to hit protein goals, without breaking the bank as they’re affordable, taste good, and low effort. I honestly prefer these over regular soda as well, and I love that they aren’t carbonated. I totally recommend switching to this over protein powder. I received an incentive to write this review.

This helps to fill me up so I don’t feel very hungry and I can delay my lunch to later in the day. The taste is so wonderful you feel like you’re having a watermelon. All you need to do is add some ice because it does taste best cold the drink is not bubbly so it’s easy to take down after a long workout. I like The watermelon flavor, which was surprisingly fresh and pleasantly accurate. The drink is a healthier option compared to other quick energy Pick me up drinks in stores. Very smooth and tastes like juice. The watermelon flavor is very refreshing when you drink it cold. The flavor tastes like watermelon and wasn’t weird. You get 22g of protein in 12oz. It always has a weird taste after drinking and is awkwardly thick. This drink feels like you’re just drinking flavored water, but it’s very filling and and makes you feel really good after a long busy day at work and drink is safe for young athletes to use as well because there are no dies or added sugars. I didn’t read the description closely enough, so I was expecting a sparkling water; however, carbonation doesn’t always sit well for me, so I was happy this is non-carbonated. The flavor is also really good — sweet, but not overly so and it also doesn’t have that strange, chemical/fake taste that some other clear, flavored drink do. The taste is good. It is sweet, but not too sweet. It also was a good watermelon flavor, not too much but also can very much tell that it is watermelon. The product is clear but not see through clear as it is actually a bit cloudy clear in appearance. This is really refreshing and has a delicious ‘real’ watermelon flavor, sometimes watermelon flavored drinks taste a little off or fake and not like a juicy fresh watermelon. I really like the flavor but what I like even more is the 22 grams of protein in each can and zero sugar. I struggle to get enough protein each day so these are a tasty way to increase my protein intake without a powder protein aftertaste. I received an incentive to write this review.
