Discover a bold, new story of a warrior in Japan who is on a mission of vengeance all her own.

Set 300 years after the critically acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima, Ghost of Yōtei is a standalone experience set in 1600s rural Japan. The story follows a haunted, lone mercenary named Atsu. Not so customer service

Purchased a “new” PlayStation 5 only to receive it in an open box with missing controller. I ordered another one and to return the defective one only to learn that they had cancelled my new order due to “technical issue” and I couldn’t use my target card to buy it back in stock. I did nothing but follow their instructions and they prevented me using my card. This was an issue they had caused. I also noticed that customer service will hang up on you when they can’t resolve the issue.

Christmas gone wrong

I made a online purchased for store pickup for playstation 5 ghost of yotei from Target. The box was tampered with and inside had pet hair through out the box. Shame on you @target.com I don't know what is happening to the Target brand but someone need to take accountability and fix this company. Seriously the worst experience I could imagine.

Brand New item, broken controller. box looked like previously opened. or returned.

I purchased this for Black Friday, I did the parking lot pick up, The employee brought it out and I could see that the little sticker that holds the box shut was already cut, I asked him if he could replace it with a different PS5, he said that that was the last one in stock, so I opened it in front of him just to make sure everything was in there and it was, but when I got home to set it up and started to play with it, I noticed that the controller joystick was broken and it doesn't reset back to the center, so I figure somebody at the store broke their personal controller and replaced my brand new one with theirs.

Ordered item for delivery. Inside the Target delivery box, the PS5 box was obviously opened so it may have been a return. Box seal was broken and inside box was torn. When paying for a new item, you should get a new item.
