Q: Can adults where them?

A: Technically, yes. I have a 30" waist and I easily fit into them. They're not meant for an adult bladder though, so it's good for minor leaks.

We’ve been loyally using pull-ups for way longer than I’d like to admit… and the last two boxes have leaked WAY more at nighttime than ever before. I don’t think it’s a sizing issue (we’re well below the top weight), so I can’t help but think something has changed about the pull-ups. For instance, the sides where they fasten seem to misaligned more often than not, which always seems to be the side on which we find a leak. The tops of the Velcro material also seem to peek out more often lately, rubbing and irritating skin. I still give 4 stars because they are better than any others we’ve used, I am just having a different experience lately than in the past.

Worst pampers I had ever bought for my daughter the material is so horrible super cheap feels like I’m putting a plastic bag on my baby. Honestly this are more expensive than the pampers swipe up and those are way better quality.
