The sound quality and voice clarity is peak, the build however sucks. Cheap plastic material that has cracked. I purchased this a a Christmas gift and not even 3 months of use and it cracked in half. Would not recommend.

Most overpriced garbage out there
First headset I bought cracked in half within 6 months from normal use because the seams can't handle a slightly above average head size. Bought a second one for cheap at thrift store and used it for about a month before my dongle from the first set broke.... I am now invested over $250 in the span of 1 year for quite literally the worst headset ever made. Do not buy if you want to keep your sanity.

Cheap plastic will break eventually
I like this head set but Sony uses cheap materials and these broke in less than two years. There are weak points in the plastic and it snapped just above the ear cup. Search it online, it’s happened to others. This is way too expensive to be crafted so poorly

Absolutely fantastic
This headset unlocks sounds I didn't know existed in games. I went from a cheap headset to this but the difference is so big I had to leave a review. Sound cancellation is great, very comfortable, and game sounds can be heard clearly from which direction and how far.

Good product, but no Chat Balance toggle buttons.
The headphones are pretty good. The sound quality is gray and I like the extra range on the wireless function. however there is no audio balance between chat and game audio which the original Pulse 3D Headset has. everything else is fine but for it to cost this much more money I don't think it's worth it.

Worth it
Works simultaneously with a bluetooth device and PS5 with both audio and mic working on both devices at the same time. Pretty long range before cutting out from the usb dongle it comes with. It can be connected to a PC/MAC as well, I haven’t tested on other consoles with that dongle.

Just get the standard pulse
Less functionality than the normal pulse headphones, like the very important ability to adjust chat volume in relation to game volume. However the worst part is the near constant disconnection issues. Half the time I play the disconnections render the headset unusable. How have they not fixed this with firmware updates??? Absolutely do not buy these.
