I’ve never purchased almond extract before trying this, so I will say that I’m not sure what to expect. The smell is kind of off putting, it has a very cheap alcohol flavor/smell but it tastes pretty good in the recipes I’ve used it in but the scent was more noticeable in icing.

Safety seal is useless on this product. Bought it for making cookies that night and the safety seal was loose/partially off when I opened i went to open it at home. Didn't look like anyone tried to pry it off, but rather the company cheapened out on the adhesive that holds it on.
