Q: How do you clean the water tank? It looks like only the screw cap comes off so the hole is pretty narrow making it difficult to clean. Is there another way to take apart the water tank so I can clean it properly?

You may use a cotton swab dipped in vinegar to clean the tight spots and corners of the diffuser to make sure that no spots are left dirty. Q: Can the ionizer be disabled? Ionizers are harmful to pets, especially birds, and I have both birds and cats.

Q: I've read that you can add 30-50 drops of essential oils to a 1000 ml. diffuser. How many drops can you add to this diffuser? Is an instruction manual included? Thanks.

Q: How much vinegar do you add to the water to clean it? Does the water have to be cold, cool, or lukewarm to clean or use it? How much water do you add to the diffuser when you're cleaning it? Thanks.
A: Hi, Thank you for your question! To clean the Pure Enrichment Spa XL 3-In-1 Aroma Diffuser Humidifier And Mood Light, you may fill your diffuser about half way with clean water (room temperature), add up to 3 drops of pure white vinegar and let the diffuser run for about 3-5 minutes to allow the water-vinegar mixture to disperse throughout the unit and clean it. Q: I realize you have to clean it every time you change essential oils, however, do you have to clean it every 2-3 days even if you aren't using it? Is a manual included? What about the 5-year warranty?
