Smells horrible. Used for first time and noticed its unpleasant smell but didn’t realize how bad it was until I’m going about my day and I can’t get away from how bad it smells. Very strong and medicinal. I’m going to the store today to buy something new. I had bought the coconut milk version but it left my hair too oily so I thought I’d try something different but now I have to start over again.

My hair started to fall in buses once I started using this shampoo. I thought it was my diet but I eat a very healthy fruit/veggies, no fried foods, organic meat diet. I began to use other products and hair was ok, I used again and my hair started to fall again in large amounts. It also dried out my hair and I had to cut 4 inches off of my hair.

I am always looking for natural products for my hair, I bought the shampoo and conditioner, the smaller bottles and also 2 large bottles. It says Zero so I for sure had high hopes for this. This is the absolute worst product ever. It damaged my hair really bad at the ends, my hair felt like sand paper. The damage was so great I actually had to get my hair cut.
