This smells horrible!!! It was way too strong and has almost like an earthy scent that I did not like. It left my hair feeling nice but I can’t get over the smell to use it more than once and that’s the reason for the 3 stars instead of more.

Smells amazing! Found this on clearance and gave it a shot bc I liked that it's got clean ingredients. Was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this smells. Kinda woodsy, herbal musk, maybe. Totally my jam. Not floral or sickeningly sweet like some products. Lathers great. Doesnt seem to weigh my thin fine hair down.

Smells horrible. Used for first time and noticed its unpleasant smell but didn’t realize how bad it was until I’m going about my day and I can’t get away from how bad it smells. Very strong and medicinal. I’m going to the store today to buy something new and this is going in the trash. I had bought the coconut milk version but it left my hair too oily so I thought I’d try something different but now I have to start over again.

Probably the worst shampoo ive ever used. It leaves my hair with this really tacky residue. I've never had a shampoo do this. The tacky feeling makes my hair knot easily. My hair does not feel silky soft anymore. I run my fingers thru my hair and the tacky residue is on my hands. I feel like I'm washing my hands so much just to remove it from my fingers. I tried using this product for a week but I end up just double showering bc the texture of my hair is driving me crazy. The conditioner from this grand is phenomenal, I pair it with Suave shampoo, but their shampoo just is not good.

I haven't had any issues with this biotin shampoo. In fact it made my hair and scalp better. The coconut one was a terrible for me...drying and hair loss.

This product was terrible for me. I have wavy hair, on the thicker side. I wash my hair usually every other day. I bought this product because it sounded like it was good quality. But, the shampoo doesn't lather and leaves my hair feeling oilier than it was before washing. On top of that, something in this supposedly clean product has caused my scalp to react really badly. I'm talking redness, itching, and lots of flaking. It's gross, honestly. It went in the trash. Do not recommend.

I’ve been using this for months and realized recently it’s been making my hair thinner and I’ve been losing so much hair. I thought I was just stressed out, but it’s definitely this product (the shampoo and conditioner). I’m really bummed because it was such a clean eco friendly product.

I couldn’t figure out why my hair was thinning out so much. I had never had this much hair fall out not even postpartum. Have been using this shampoo and conditioner for about 2 months now and my hair is so thin. I lose so much hair in the shower and my scalp always feels tender. Didn’t make the connection until I came and read the comments after realizing this is the only thing that I have changed with my hair routine.
