Q: Is the container supposed to come sealed? There was no seal on mine and the container is not full to the top with litter.

Q: The amount in the tub is less and less each time I purchase. To make matters worse, it's not performing as it used to, it no longer clumps, it's crumbling. Suggestions for another brand please!

Used to be great. Clumping was clean and perfect. The formula changed and now it is like cement and I can't even use my plastic poop scoop anymore. It sticks to the pan and is near impossible to scoop. After 14 loyal years, I will now be changing brands.

It used to be excellent, but now it does not hold its ability to clump anymore. Maybe the formula changed? I tried several different Tidy Cats litters and experienced the same thing. It is good at capturing odors however.

Bought the 40lb box of cat litter since it was the best deal and had it shipped with other items. It comes shipped as it which is not a great idea. Its cardboard and the box was smashed, opened and taped back shut. I weighted the box on my bathroom scale and it was 36 lbs, box said 40lbs, so some of it was lost when it opened and spilled then was taped back shut and shipped. Too much of a pain to drive back to a store to exchange.

I have a been using this for my 2 cats for several years. I would agree with others that the quality doesn’t seem as good. With my more recent purchases, I’ve noticed a lot of tracking and clay (litter) footprints all over the house. I will definitely be looking for something better; this is intolerable.
