Purina Tidy Cats Lightweight 24/7 Performance Low Dust Clumping Scoop Scented Cat & Kitty Litter for Multiple Cats - 8.5lbs

This product works. It clumps and stops the smell as stated it would. With that being said you do have to clean the clumped liter out to get the best results. In our house that is at least every other day. I love the light weight, makes life easier all the way around. My cat does still get some in his paws but nothing that would stop me from buying this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint about this lightweight cat litter is the strong perfume scent which gets onto my cats’ paws and in turn, gets onto everything they touch. Otherwise, I like the lighter weight of the litter. I wish this comes in unscented option.

It gives my poor kitty allergies from the dust and I have an issue when cleaning the box that it stuck to the bottom of his litter pan. I noticed that when i scoop a lot of the darker urine-soaked pellets of litter stay in the box and keep the odor there.

It works well, but I have "sensitivity" issues and I find the fragrance overpowering. In order to be able to use it, when I purchase a box I open it and the plastic inner bag, and then store it (in the basement, garage) someplace where I can't smell it while it "airs out" stirring it occasionally to speed the dissipation of the fragrance. Also, customers such as myself would be better served it the fact that it does contain a fragrance were noted more prominently on the box. As it is, I found only one single reference "with Clean Linen Scent" in small print on one end of the box. I will continue to use it, taking the above mentioned mitigation measures, but it would be nice if you did make an "unscented" version.

I purchased it because I thought it would not be tracked throughout the litter box area, but the cons are not only are their little pebbles all over the place but my cat also leaves little paw prints in and around the litter box, but for the most part I like this product I do have to use baking soda to keep the odor down, but it’s is lightweight and fairly does free and my cat seems to like it
