Works great but takes time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product comes with so many different attachments which I truly appreciate. The diversity of all the attachments is why I rate it so highly. However, I wish this had a section feature as it just pushes my dogs hair around instead of cleaning it. I have to remove the hair another way which is an extra step. Secondly, the reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because it takes really long to clean. I almost clean faster with a huge steaming towel which covers more surface area. However the mop is more precise but just takes longer time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good mop! Gets the job done and I like that it has so many uses and comes with a lot of different parts so you can use it many places in your home. On the flip side, coming with a lot of different parts it will be hard to keep them all together and not lose them all. They don’t all connect to the device so everything won’t stay together. It does feel cheap in comparison to a Shark mop for example but overall does the job!

There were so many options and way to clean. As you can see this tool could fit into a small spot or broken down to place into a shelf or confined space. I absolutely loved the portability

You can practically get rid of all your other cleaning tools—mop, Swiffer, sprays, and gadgets—because this one does it all (well, everything except vacuuming!). I expected it to be helpful, but I had no idea just how versatile it would be. It cleans floors, countertops, sinks, tubs, couches, mirrors—you name it—all without any chemicals or cleaners. SO Versatile!!

This steam mop has so many different uses and applications (as you can see from the photo of all the attachments it came with). While we haven’t had a chance to try every use instance - simply because there are so many and it is so versatile - it has performed phenomenally in the tasks we’ve used it for. The mop did a great job cleaning our floors as well as our baseboards and cupboard doors. I can’t wait to try out more uses for it!

Unit comes with many attachments and parts that you have to figure out how to store. Would be nice if it included a storage rack. The unit works well and is easy to use. The pads make mopping the floor very easy. Glides right over the floor. They are reusable. The handheld stores in the machine itself. Very easy to remove and use. I can't wait to try all the attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the PurSteam 12-in-1 Steam mop as a courtesy to test and review. This arrived very quickly and was easy to put together straight out of the box. The steam mop is not to heavy and easy to use. I love how you can use one steam mop to clean your entire house due to its versatility. This steam mop not only acts as a mop but you can press a button and separate it from the main housing unit and use it as a hand held steamer. It comes with 11 attachments, two microfiber cloths, a steamer cloth and a duster cloth along with the measuring cup and a funnel. I use this to mop my floors, steam my cabinets, clean my baseboards, clean my couches and our blinds. There is so much versatility and that is why I love it. The only thing I wish it had was a wireless feature and a bag to store all of the different attachments. I highly recommend and at the price point you just cannot beat for the functionality.

Challenging learning curve for new users
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop heats up quickly and has a ton of attachments. As long as you know how the attachments work, you've got a lot of options for cleaning. It does do a pretty good job at picking up whatever is left from other forms of cleaning. However, there is no storage bag for all the attachments, handling is challenging when cleaning the floor and with the challenging learning curve, user satisfaction is not present. This is the first steam mop I've used but based on this experience, I don't see myself going out to buy one anytime soon.

I Really Like It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent product. I have only used it one time so far, but it cleaned well. It is heavy duty and comes with several attachments, which I like. I can’t wait to use it on hard to reach places. The only drawback back is I am use to using clean products in my devices, like mopping, so instead I sprayed cleaning product on the floor first. This makes it a double job BUT I do like the steam mop so I’ll get use to it.

The downside is that the brushes got deformed, as if they couldn’t handle the heat, which doesn’t make sense. The floor cleaning option is excellent — it’s even better than my previous device, which was from a very famous brand. It’s very versatile, easy to store, and easy to empty the dirt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam mop was super easy to set up! Literally just sliding the mop head until it clicks, adding the mop towel, connecting it and go! I wasn’t sure if I would like it, but let me tell you I loved it! It very quickly turns into steam and helps you lift any stuck items on your floors. I recently moved into my new build and had a few tiny paint spots that were so tough to take off and with a few passes of the steam mop and my finer nail it easily came off. It’s a must have in your cleaning routine!

It includes a wide array of accessories that let you clean many surfaces, and the detachable handheld unit makes tackling corners, grout lines, and tight spots a breeze. It heats up quickly and is designed for chemical-free cleaning. In my experience, the mop pads pull up a lot of grime and leave the floor shining. I have hardwood floors, and this mop handled them beautifully. The versatility of having one tool with so many functions makes it feel like an entire cleaning kit in one. Overall, it’s an excellent value and a very handy device to have.
