I was having a terrible time with heat flashes and night sweats. Took as directed...50 mg per 50 lbs of body weight to get the supplement into your system...I was having a hot flash every hour all day and every 20 mins all night. the day I took my first dose I only had one flash and havent had one since. It been almost 3 weeks. For me, this has been a miracle.
