A real time life saver
I had planned to use the power supply as a backup. But I tried it with a ham radio that already had a power supply. It proved that my old supply had some issues, so now it is my primary power supply. With being the peak of hurricane season, I need a reliable power supply for my base unit. I found it in the Pyramid PS-14KX.

Good power supply
Using this to power two Motorola CDM series radios, a repeater controller and small brushless fan for the radios. The transmit radio is transmitting at 28watts. Even when I set it to transmit at 48watts, this power supply has no problems delivering the power needed for the radios/controller/fan.
