The screws provided do not even fit the wall anchors. The bolts aren't shaped as shown in the instructions, so there is no way to mount the washers. So difficult — would not recommend.

I use this product to keep track of my to do list, and for advance strategies that need to be written on a board for a group. Using a spray to clean it down is a must but I've never had any permanent stains.

I have one of these at work and we needed one at home because we homeschool our children and needed a good whiteboard. We picked the brilliance white magnetic. The only think is you need strong magnets for the board. We got the 8x4ft. It was delivered fright and it was only one person. When he got it off the truck it flexed, but the glass is intact. It didn't have the hardware with it, so I called quartet and they sent a set out, free of charge. Just mounted it and it looks good. You do need three people for mounting.

We ordered the 8'x4' board. The 1st one broke during shipping. The company replaced it. This time it arrived in one piece, but it shattered under its own wait as my installation crew was moving it into place. I'm shocked to see how thin this glass is and how much it flexes. There is nothing stronger attached to the glass to support it from the back. I thought there would be a metal sheet or something. Nope! - Never again!

Defective manufacturing and continued poor customer service. I purchased the glass whiteboard with defective bolts and keep getting no response / the run around.

in theory great but you would think they would provide an extra bolt promptly instead of requesting photos be sent to a general inbox... which the customer service rep 'does not have access to'

Love the look of these boards. Bought five 4' x 6' boards for new office. We had a laser level with laser plumb line to ease installation as there is nearly zero give on mounting stud locations. First 2 boards went nearly without issue. Had to loosen a stud or 2 to get everything to fall into place. Last 3 were a nightmare. Using exact same equipment and process, last one ended with 3 posts 3/16" to 3/8" out of alignment. 4-foot level across studs confirmed laser marks were level and vertical was same. Not sure if holes in board were off, but sure seemed like it. I'd suggest a little more slop in the studs to allow for a little lateral movement without driving an angle on the posts. Your mounting hardware for the 4' x 6' board is entirely inadequate. In brand new industrial drywall, we already have a couple mounts which don't seem well held in. We had to replace a few across 2 different boards with anchors that spread across the back of drywall. How hard would it be to provide a mounting template in each box that matches that exact board? That would make mounting these so much easier.

You can install yourself, but it's pretty hard. The trick is to get the bottom anchors in to hold the board while you then mark the holes for the top to drill later (then set board down). When hanging the board do the bottom corner (say bottom right corner), then do the top left corner (diagonally across). At that point you'll have enough time and a steady board (and hopefully energy) to get the other two screwed in safely. If you do attempt this, make sure to stage your screws (and washers) appropriately so they are where you need them while the board is balancing on you. It's far easier and safer with two for sure....but everyone else in my home is summarily unhelpful. It is a good product though. They are all over my workplace, which is why I bought one for my home office.

The magnet does not always hold. The round clips holding the board are alot bigger than you think based on the picture.

Great product. Box was damaged a little in shipping and mounting hardware was lost. Customer service sent a new set out a week later. Overall excellent service.

Beautiful product! A bit of a pain to set it up because it's glass and you need to be sure, but absolutely worth it.
