I have purchased this queso many times, but the last time was like no other. The queso expired over 45 days before I purchased it and it gave me food poisoning for days after eating it. After returning to the same target to exchange or return it, they offered me another queso that was also expired. Since then, I've checked the dates on the queso to notify staff members of issues to prevent other people from experiencing the same thing and I have seen ONLY expired queso sitting on the shelves. CHECK THE DATE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE PLEASE. This is extremely concerning.

I’m hard to please with queso.. this one is amazing ! Tastes like restaurant queso! Not spicy, it’s like a mild heat. But flavorful and delicious. Heats up so easily. I do wish there was a lactose free or oatmilk/almond milk version. Glad I tried it though because I had basically given up on the grocery store quesos after trying so many. Will buy again for family dinner or to fulfill cravings!

Needs a new seal - too hard to open
I really like this queso but it's nearly impossible to open. Theres a plastic seal on it which is good, but there's no pull tab or anything to remove the plastic. If you get a hold of the plastic edge and it starts to peel back, it splits into slivers (like when using cheap duct tape and it splits). Then you wind up losing a bunch of queso to the top of the plastic and because the plastic rips into a million slivers, you can't scrape it off. It's so dang hard to open. Anyone with any hand related issues with struggle. I hope this is fixed soon.
