[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this one, it tastes just like a strawberry milkshake. You blend it with some ice and you got yourself a delicious healthy version. The texture is very smooth and I loved the stats: 45g of protein at 230 calories. Pretty good. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I wish it were a little less sweet. But that’s a personal preference. That’s the case for me with most protein shakes.

Instead I drank about half, and I used the other half in my overnight oats and protein pancakes! I love that I can use this shake for various purposes. The texture was a bit chalky on its own as is the case with most protein shakes. I would recommend it for various protein recipes in the kitchen.

As a VSG patient, I appreciate that it contains 45 grams of protein and a large amount of calcium. However, I dislike the high sodium content. Overall, I would rate this product three stars for its significant protein content. While the taste is not the best, it is not overly thick and doesn’t have a medicinal flavor. It you add this to your own milkshake it would taste better.

I did like the packaging and size of the bottle though. I would give it another try and try a different flavor in the future.

SO smooth, no chunks, tastes EXACTLY like a strawberry milkshake; milk-based proteins have been giving me the ick lately, and I never got it with this one (I split it into two servings).
