I’ve been drinking protein shakes for over 20 years. I like to think my pallets use to them but this was not it. I gave it 2 stars for the protein content only. Nothing compared to corepower.

I would like to see it have some cleaner ingredients but the taste, texture, and nutrition facts are on point. I mix it with coffee as a high protein creamer alternative. I track my macros, and I’m always looking for new ways to get in more protein. I couldn’t believe that this shake provides 45g of protein! Unfortunately, I couldn’t stomach the fake sugar taste. I’ve always been sensitive to sugar free sweeteners, but this was just awful. Even my boyfriend couldn’t drink it. The ingredient list was also loaded with a bunch of ingredients I know nothing about. I will say the texture was great, especially for a shake, but it just wasn’t worth it for me. I’ll stick to my clean pea protein powder shakes from now on.

I don't often have a huge appetite, so protein shakes are a big way that I make sure I have enough protein in my diet, and these are all amazing, but the vanilla is my favorite for sure! As someone who is sensitive to dairy, these don't bother my stomach! Which is sooo amazing for me! Love them!
