About the Author

Juan Luis Urcola Tellería es licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y máster en Dirección de Personal y en Dirección de Marketing. Ha sido durante 35 años director de Recursos Humanos, director de Marketing y director de Servicios Generales de la Kutxa-Caja de Ahorros de Gipuzkoa y San Sebastián. En 2006 creó la empresa Urcola: Formación y Consultoría, en la que ejerce funciones de consultor y formador en programas de desarrollo directivo.
