This is a strawberry mango flavoand it tastes great. This product is gluten free, estrogen free, hormone free. After taking it for a month, I can see my mood swings change, less brain fog and more focus, and less hot flashes .

I actually noticed that I hadn’t had a hot flash in weeks, I am not sure if it helps with mental fogginess because I take other supplements. But it does help with the hot flashes and that’s. Plus for me. I would like for it to come in a larger quantity but I the price is fair and affordable. My new favorite supplement.

As a woman suffering from menopause, there is a lot of discomfort and various forms. This Qunol Menopause Relief arrived at the perfect time. No matter what stage of menopause you are in this was very effective for me. I followed the dosage instructions on the back of the jar by taking one per day. After four weeks, I’ve noticed a difference in my mood and a small increase in my energy. That for me is a win.

The taste is a little off putting at first, but not awful and I got used to it. They are sweet and herbal tasting. Takes a while to chew it. A lot of chews for the price, definitely worth a try given the good ingredients!
