Make sure you follow the directions and take with food. I didnt one day and was terribly nauseous. Overall- this product does seem to work the way it is advertised.

I can not take hormones to help with anything so here I am in perimenopause now for 10 years already and I e been suffering with so many issues. This product has reduced my drenching night sweats, eased my joint pain and has helped with my mood swings. I don’t take anything else while taking this and I haven’t changed any of my diet Not sure if this product will relieve the same for you as it did for me but there are so many things this product lists that it didn’t help with for me but very well could help someone else. BUT, the most regular symptom I have is hot flashes. After starting this product, I have definitely noticed fewer and less intense hot flashes. Also, these capsules don't have the weird medicine smell or flavor. I can't quite describe what it smells like but it's almost a sweet chai smell...could be my perimenopause nose, though. The menopause relief supplement is easy to swallow and I take it with my breakfast so there is no stomach upset nor taste. I've been taking it for 28 days and I've noticed slight differences in my ability to focus and mood swings. I believe you need to take supplements for at least 3 months to see their effectiveness. I will be purchasing the Menopause Relief supplement I would like to see if I can achieve relief for some of the concerns.

They are easy to use tho and leave no funky aftertaste. They helped me tremendously with my night sweats also noticed a difference in my dryness as well. Not sure with Brian fog maybe a little bit I am a hard guess on that one if you know me. Moods were ok with this. Would recommend for sure. There is a small tiny odor if you put your nose up to the bottle, otherwise it's great and you can't smell it. I've been taking these for a month, my hot flashes haven't completely gone away, but there's no sweating, just a little bit of warmth in body temperature. My brain fog has gone away. My energy level has improved a lot. And I'm sleeping a lot better throughout the night. The instructions say take two capsules. The absorption is good. As for the other things this says it takes care of, they are still improving!

I just recently finished the month supply of 2 capsules a day as the serving. I found that the ingredients were good without having hormones or estrogen in it which I appreciated. The package was easy to open and close and had the ingredients and information clear and easy to read on it. I found the capsules to have helped improve my on-going side effects of coming into perimenopause and menopause like. My biggest struggle previous to taking any such treatments for were waking up at various hours in the night. I actually got relief this past month from that former issue as well as not having as bad of moodiness or night sweats as before taking them.
