It's a plant based product

Large pills but it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking these to help with the issues I’m having going through menopause. The capsules are large and hard to swallow. However it became easier as the month went on. Taking 2 of them isn’t easy so I take them one at a time. I did start feeling relief from my symptoms. They didn’t go away completely but this has helped.

Adding to my daily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t very optimistic about this product til I stopped using it. And I have zero shame talking about being in any form of menopause. The struggle is real and I’ll take all the help I can get. I noticed a difference in lack of hot flashes and not as much body discomfort. Brain fog didn’t seem to be as strong either. I’ll be adding these to my ever growing pile of pills I get to take.

The capsules are easy to take,and i appreciate that it contains EasteroG-100 and cognizin. I am looking forward to seeing more noticeable results with continued use. I did haven't issues with absorption. Recommend this to those who have menopausal symptoms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a WOMAN is hard enough, but you add the hot flashes when you’re in the middle of shopping for groceries; losing your patience when you used to have so much; or simply forgetting why you walked into the room, what can we do? There is some relief. A hormone-free supplement to ease and improve 12 mental and physical symptoms. Now I didn’t experience all 12 of these symptoms but it did help with my sleep, joint discomfort, and skin discomfort. The only thing I didn’t like is the gelatin capsules because they actually get hung in my throat. I think I would need to take it longer to really see the effects of this product long term.

Make sure you follow the directions and take with food. I didnt one day and was terribly nauseous. Overall- this product does seem to work the way it is advertised.

Hormone free defn worth trying

I can not take hormones to help with anything so here I am in perimenopause now for 10 years already and I e been suffering with so many issues. This product has reduced my drenching night sweats, eased my joint pain and has helped with my mood swings. I don’t take anything else while taking this and I haven’t changed any of my diet Not sure if this product will relieve the same for you as it did for me but there are so many things this product lists that it didn’t help with for me but very well could help someone else. Definitely worth the try!!!

I feel like I’m still at the beginning stages of this phase of life, but I have definitely noticed some symptoms such as fatigue and sleep disturbances to name a few. I love that this pill smells like maple syrup! It is so much easier to swallow. I feel that so testing something like a supplement requires several months and multiple bottles but Influenster gave a shorter time line
