Absolutely terrible. Muffins completely stuck to the paper. Total waste.

When I was putting the baking cups in pan I notice a strong chemical scent. Once I put the cupcakes in the oven, the scent was even stronger. I had to remove the cupcake batter from baking cups and put in new baking cups that I already had. Very strong chemical scent. Wouldn’t recommend.

Smells awful!! Never experienced this with liners before, but it smells so strongly of chemicals. Will have to return…

I literally just bought these and when I opened it it had a very strong chemical smell. I thought it was just me, but apparently from all the other reviews everyone else has the same problem. I can't imagine using these cupcake liners for anything. I immediately threw it in the trash, do not waste your money on this product!!

Stuck to muffins (even with using sprays), smell like chemicals and dye leaks on food.

Do not buy these. They smell strongly of toxins. I can’t imagine pouring a batter into these and having whatever chemicals seep into it.

As pretty as they are, the chemical odor is overwhelming - and they change the taste of whatever you bake in them. They seem highly toxic at worst, and just horrible-smelling at best.

Color pops on white cake but dull on dark cake.

After making cupcakes with these, they had a plastic / chemical taste. Will not be using again and we had to discard all of our cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday.

HORRIBLE! I wish I had read the reviews before quickly adding these to my cart. I just baked a batch of muffins, only to try one and spit it out. It tasted like “chemicals” is my best explanation. Like my mouth was physically burning. Stumped I couldn’t figure it out. The batter was tasty! It just didn’t make sense…. Then I wondered if it could be the liners. Came to the reviews to see the same. I also noticed that while the tops were barley browned anywhere that the paper touched they were scorched. Just really disgusting and horrible that food was wasted!

These liners stuck to the muffins and would not peel off. The color of the liner would not wash out of the pan, no matter how I scrubbed. Cheaply made and I am worried about the dye and the effects on my pan. Should be recalled.

They smell bad. Like dye.

These stick to muffins/cupcakes terribly. When you peel the liner off it leaves behind a paper residue on the food. It’s impossible to get an entire liner off the muffin, just accept that you’re going to eat paper.

Not sure how there are good reviews at all. I couldn’t figure out what happened to my new muffin tins, and after baking again, realized it’s these liners. If so much dye went into the pan, what’s in my muffins??

These are the worst cupcake liners I’ve ever used. I made some muffins using them, and they completely stuck to all the muffins. They seem super cheaply made, so when you try to pry them off the muffin, the paper rips, and pieces stay behind fused to the muffin. That, or you end up ripping off half the muffin trying to get the paper off. They also seemed to suck all the moisture out of the surfaces of the muffin they touched—I managed to carefully peel off the bottom of one of the liners, but the bottom of the muffin left behind was SO DRY.

They stained my muffin pans :( worked well otherwise.

Absolutely terrible. The dye fused to my cupcake pans so who knows what chemicals are in my muffins. They're too thin. Don't be decieved by the cute colors. Never again.

very upset, first use completely permanently ruined my muffin tin, it dyed my light pink tin a dark blue, doesn't come off with soap.
