He has authored hundreds of reports on the future of technology as well as two previous books on the subject. In 2019, he received a Forrester research award for first recognizing the Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) market. This research led to his 2019 book, Invisible Robots in the Quiet of the Night, which ranked top 5 on Amazon's category of Automation. Prior to joining Forrester, Craig held senior positions at ADP, MITRE, and BBN Technologies. A prolific writer and speaker, Le Clair is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Forbes, and many other publications and media outlets.
