A: I meant on wired controllers. USB Headphones should work with the Dock.
submitted byYour Answer - 2 years agoA: I would believe that it does. There are a few different controllers for the Nintendo Switch that have 3.5mm Audio Jacks built into the controller, therefore the USB ports on the Dock would work.

A: Yes, you still need to push the mute button on the side of the earphone.

The drivers and software render it useless. Constantly disconnects, apparently this is a widespread issue and razer has not fixed it (no updates for this model yet after years of release)

I bought this 3 months ago after my old razer headphones stopped working, which only lasted about 8 months. I felt like the sound quality was okay. But after 3 months the headphones stopped working out of nowhere.

This headset may look like the kraken headset we are familiar with but this is not it. I bought to replace my 1 year old headset but I previously had a kraken headset. First impression is how light it is compared to previous. The microphone was not retractable like previous and it did not fit well on my ears. Very loose. I would not pay $50 for this headset. If I wanted something I would buy turtle beach for $25

I use this headset for work and it’s super comfy. I don’t play games but I needed good headset for work calls and voice is so clear as others have noticed. I had headset provided by my job and didn’t last long. These are connected w the USB which is great and comfy during long meetings - calls. It has noise cancelling within the headset that I tune out of any noise while I have them on.

She thinks they look “cool” , she can hear well, and the mic picks up great with them. We have had no issues connecting to her laptop and the switch. Definitely a great option for a picky teen.
