Q: What's the best way to maximize the battery life? Is it best to leave it plugged in while it's not in use or will that over charge the battery?

A: We do not recommend leaving the scooter charging for more than 24 hours. It's best to charge the scooter for approximately 6-8 hours after each use and at least 1-2 times a month when not riding it for a lengthy period of time.

Q: when the battery dies, will it work as a regular kick scooter? or does it not move so easy with a dead battery?

A: The scooter will not work like a regular scooter if the battery is completely depleted as there will be too much resistance on the rear wheel for the scooter to move smoothly.

I loved this scooter for awhile. Then I was taking a corner like I had a million times and the wheel slipped for no reason I could see and I ended up in the ER with a collapsed lung. 4 wheels for me now all the way.

When the package arrived, the box looked like it had been torn open by dogs. When I looked inside, it was very clear that someone else had opened the box and then returned it. The scooter has been charging for several days and won't start, which would explain why someone else returned it.

I got this scooter for my son, He loves it, but after 6 months of some use, The scooter turns in and it runs por a two min and then starts to slow down until it dies, I’m called Target CS but they said the guarantee is done now I’m trying to contact the Razor company, it can’t happen that the battery just dies in 6 months,

Lot better than regular E300 scooter! It goes over 10 miles! Lot faster charging to full. It also recharge while it isn't in use like while you go downhill. It is also perfect for adults to use for go to bus/train and from it. You can easily carry it in bus/train. This make it lot easier and faster. This can even be use on bike lane on street. It is very useful even for adults!

I brought this for my 10 year old for Christmas. It was deliver at a FedEx drop off site. When I went to get it I could not even lift the box up by myself. I had to beg a FedEx delivery guy to help with it. He put it on one of his trolly and walked to my home with it. My son was happy and excited for his new electric scooter. This scooter was easy to put together. It is definitely made well. Big front tire and I was able to ride it without any bumps. Maximum weight is 220 and I am 200 lbs. and it still zipped fast up and down in the park. My only complaint is that it did not fold and is very heavy. I would always have to assist my son with lifting it. We did not have any problems with charging. If you are looking for light weight this is not it.

Bought this scooter 6 months ago, and had battery life issues from the start, 15 minutes of riding on a flat surface, 130# rider and battery is dead, many in the Neighborhood ride these, my son is the only who walks his home, after 15 minutes. Our E150 runs longer.

My 12 yo son was hesitant at first because other electric scooters he rode were “jumpy” but this one did not disappoint. It was a smooth ride while engaging the throttle. It’s easy to assemble (which I loved) It’s heavy, as to be expected. The manual is clear and concise. Has excellent speed and braking capabilities. He’ll be able to use this for years to come.

I use mine to cruise down to the store & back, visit with neighbors or just a nice cruise for leisure.
