Real Good Foods Low Carb Chicken Nuggets - Frozen - 20oz

I read other people’s reviews about these nuggets and I’m confused why they say they taste/ smell like plastic, or that they don’t like them. I think they’re great. There‘s a good crunch to the coating, I think they taste just fine, they’re quick to make and can’t beat the macros. I’ve become a repeat purchaser. Love that I can still enjoy chicken nuggets despite trying to be healthier. The only thing is people are correct about the nuggets not being uniform in size but it doesn’t bother me any.

The nuggets are very tasty while keeping the calorie count low. Great addition in making your own bowl with steamed broccoli.

This chicken had a weird texture - rubbery, fatty, not real palatable. This brand won't be in any future purchases for our family, sadly. We had high hopes!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Half the bag is pieces of what seem to be just breading. Sizes Range from a single fiber of chicken with a ton of breading to the size of a grown male finger with an adequate amount of breading. Never again!

I really enjoy these nuggets. While it has been a while since I tasted Chick-fil-A nuggets, I was pleasantly surprised that these nuggets resembled close. I felt the value was good for how much you get for the price. I used an air fryer, which is what got the nuggets to have the same crispiness as Chick-fil-A. Like another review said, the size of the nuggets does differ in the bag, but this wasn't an inconvenience for me. I didn't go out of my way to change the time of the air fryer, it just made it where the smaller ones were more crispy.

These are actually disgusting. I’ve never actually had to choke down food before but these are foul.

They taste really good, crisp up nicely! There is a major size difference amount the nuggs, so cooking time has to be adjusted. Will try the strips next to see if the size is more consistent. Love the added protein from the chickpea flour.

No taste and they smell horrible out of the bag. Total waste of money.

Many buy these expecting the best tasting breaded frozen chicken out there, truth is that this brand started as a keto, low-carb option. For what it is, especially with the macronutrients that it packs, I think that the taste is up to par and certainly a food that I will keep around when I need something quick and delicious.

These taste like the plastic bag they come in. Also, the sizes range from crumbs to almost tenders.

Horrible taste and smell i had a hard time eating it. I will not be repurchasing as it smelled like plastic and tasted like plastic. I was really hoping i would like them as they are a “healthier alternative” but i will eat the carbs in other brands because this tasted horrible!

If I could give zero stars I would. They smelled horrendous after cooking, almost plastic like, and I immediately tossed the whole tray. Absolutely disgusting.

I couldn’t finish the bag… the chicken had a gamey taste to it…

The flavor is great, texture is good! No complaints and would definitely buy again for a quick lunch bite!

Tasted like burnt plastic

If you are looking for healthful low carb alternatives, I have found that Real Good Foods products are some of the best. These chicken nuggets warm right up in a toaster oven and come out crispy but tender. They are seasoned just right and not too heavily breaded. They are great for a quick snack!

These nuggets are extremely good. Just like the strips, they are low in carbs and high in protein and the flavor is just great.

I’m so glad I tried these. They’re not really like traditional nuggets, they’re more like seasoned chicken breast chunks. They were tasty and perfect for a quick meal. I put them in the air fryer at 330 for 14 mins. Definitely buying these again!
