Real Good Gluten Free Frozen Lasagna Bowl - 9oz

The "pasta" layers are actually made of thinly sliced seasoned chicken and it makes for a pasta lasagna type feel without all the carbs. I don't understand why mine looked so terrible after I cooked it, but it tasted flavorful and yummy. For only 6 carbs this is a home run meal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After heating up, the meal did not look appetizing at all to eat. The chicken layers were rubbery and chewy. The overall favor wasn't bad but I was not satisfied after eating. Just left me with a meh kind of impression and I wouldn't buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was a chicken lasagna bowl. It was easy to prepare as you just put it in the microwave for six minutes. However, I felt that six minutes might have been a little too long. I was expecting lasagna noodles but it was two corn tortillas. I really did not like the product. I feel that it might have been better if it was lasagna noodles instead of tortillas. The seasoning of the meal was not that great.

I’m definitely going to get some of these because this does not taste like any other frozen microwavable dish I’ve ever had. You can taste the chicken, but you also get rich flavors from the sauce and from the cheeses and it’s just delicious. My only complaint is that I want more.

When it came out of the microwave, it didn't look like I followed directions. It was a gray pile or food. The taste was okay. I mean, I was able to eat all of it. The ricotta was good. I wouldn't reach for it again.

Low-carb frozen meals usually end up with a watery sauce or weird synthetic textures, but this one actually hits the spot for a quick lunch. Taste & Texture The "Noodles": Instead of traditional pasta, it uses thinly sliced chicken parmesan as the layers. It sounds a little weird at first, but the texture holds up remarkably well out of the microwave without turning into a soggy mess. Sauce & Cheese: The ricotta and marinara ratio is solid. You get a good amount of creamy ricotta tucked between the chicken layers, and the mozzarella on top melts into a legitimate gooey layer. Flavor Profile: It’s savory, rich, and seasoned well enough that you don't even miss the regular wheat pasta. The marinara has a nice garlic-and-herb tang without being overly sweet. Macros & Ingredients High Protien: Packing 26g of protein into a standard 9 oz bowl means it actually keeps you full for hours, unlike most light frozen meals. Keto-Friendly: At just 5g net carbs and completely gluten-free, it fits easily into a low-carb diet. No Seed Oils: Finding frozen convenience food without cheap seed oils is almost impossible, so that's a huge win on the nutrition label. Final Verdict If you go into it expecting an authentic homemade Italian lasagna, you'll be disappointed by the lack of real noodles. But as a fast, high-protein keto alternative, it definetly delivers way better flavor than most of its competitors on the market. I'll be stocking up on a few more of these for easy weeknight dinners.

It doesn’t taste bad at all. Easy to heat up. Great way to have a quick lunch. You get full with this bowel. It has the perfect consistency and just very delicious. My favorite for a quick lunch

I was thrown off by the lack of noodles in a dish called lasagna (the "noodles" are layers of deli style sliced chicken) but that's my fault for not fully reading the packaging. It is a bit watery which wasn't what I expected based on the picture on the box, but the flavor was still quite nice. Very much like a traditional lasagna in taste. I would probably purchase this as something high protein to have on-hand when I have nothing else to pack for lunch.
