The 26g protein shakes are very high in sodium 420g. The idea of drinking protein is to avoid the sodium. This high sodium kind of negates the whole protein intake idea. The 20g protein shakes are lower (310g) so a bit better.

I have been a huge fan of rebbl protein shakes especially for the reishi and low caffeine content. I’ve always been happy because it tastes good and it has everything you want in a plant based protein shake and it gives you energy! Rebbl has now changed the drink completely and it tastes horrible! Doesn’t have any of the ingredients I loved before and tastes worse than any protein shake I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and I will no longer be buying. I am very sad I would purchase at least 5 a week. They will be losing my business.
