The vanilla flavor is strong however my stomach doesn’t hurt and the severe gas afterwards is non existent. Huge plus! When I drink this I make it a coffee treat. Starbucks Americano tall in a venti glass with pumpkin foam on the side. Add the protein drink to the Americano and top with the pumpkin foam. Delish!!

There's a horrible aftertaste with the vanilla flavor, it reminds me of Benadryl or cough syrup, but the other flavors were delicious, just avoid the vanilla one.

However, the biggest thing I didn't like was that something kept settling to the bottom so I had to shake it every time I took a sip. It was a little odd. But still seems worth it to try because of how much protein is packed in a single bottle.

It's also not easy to get unique protein flavors, but this Lemon flavor is awesome. . 26 grams of protein, easy peasy to get your goals in!

The 26g protein shakes are very high in sodium 420g. The idea of drinking protein is to avoid the sodium. This high sodium kind of negates the whole protein intake idea. The 20g protein shakes are lower (310g) so a bit better.
