I gave this only 3 stars because the insides of this furniture piece were all dirty and dusty (not just dusty), which concerns me because it is unclear as to whether there are beetles inside eating this or whether it's just dirt from sawdust and construction. Either way, for this amount of money, you would think that the product would be clean. It is solid wood and looks like the photo depicted online, but it's a pain to remove from the box it came in, and it is highly dirty. I will need to clean this thoroughly before putting paper supplies inside. I was going to use this for dishes, but I know that this would not be clean enough for holding dishes or anything of true value. If you have allergies, it would be best to clean this with a mask on, with the window open, and with your air purifier blasting. I can't believe how dirty it was upon arrival! I just hope there aren't any beetles or termites in this reclaimed wood piece. Also, the doors won't stay closed without the four latches closing it on the outside, so that adds an extra step for maintenance. Further, it is so dark inside that you need a flashlight to see inside of it and to clean it. This piece will need periodic cleaning!
